The Dordogne
Our studio apartments are situated in the Dordogne region of France. The Dordogne, or The Périgord as it is known locally is in South West France in the Aquitaine region. The Dordogne has a temperate climate, though summers are hot and dry. We are within a short drive of the caves of Lascaux and Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Bergerac. St. Emilion and the beautiful vineyards of Bordeaux are within easy reach for those with a taste for wine!! Nearer to hand are the Châteaux of the Pecharmant region where wine tasting is a must.

How to get here
Our nearest airport is in Bergerac 25 kms away and has regular flights from Stanstead via Ryanair. Flybe also fly into Bergerac from Southampton, Exeter, Bristol, Birmingham and other UK airports.. The nearest international airport is in Bordeaux about 2 hours drive from us.

The peaceful countryside setting at Dordogne Studios affords you a carefree break and a comfortable retreat with those little luxuries you deserve. Relax and rest,exercise and explore it's up to you. Each studio has indoor access to facilities so any season and all weathers you have full comforts on hand. Go ahead spoil yourself !

Treat yourself to something special - three spacious well appointed open plan barn studios. Couples only. No children No pets. Relax, rest, keep in shape whilst savouring the culinary or tourist delights of the Dordogne. Each apartment with outside terrace or balcony is well equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Towels and dressing gowns included. Enjoy the country life with comfort. Spoil yourself with stress free mini breaks or longer stays.

Open to just three couples there is space and seclusion whether you come as a two or part of a group. Each modern open plan studio has double bed, bathroom with massage jet shower, a kitchen with full oven and a dining /lounge area with TV and DVD. Studios are centrally heated and air conditioned. Each has a private outdoor balcony or terrace with stunning views to fields and forest.

Le Grenier. Bright and cheerful Le Grenier marries old world charm with its beautiful beams apparent and modern design with its light contemporary look. Guests will find all they need inside and a breathtaking vista outside their back door from their private balcony.

 

La Mansarde. Stylish loft living is on hand in La Mansarde but far from the city Spacious and striking this well appointed apartment also has a private balcony. Sip your sundowner and watch the wildlife.

 

L'Ecurie. The largest apartment L'Ecurie is also on the ground floor and benefits from its own covered terrace with private uninterrupted views of rolling countryside. Enjoy the calm in real comfort.
